Prices:
There is no minimum order. All prices will remain valid for thirty days from posting. SLAM Regatta Store is not responsible for typographical or other errors, and will not honor prices posted in error. All published prices are in AUD dollars, and are effective as of July 1st, 2010. All prices, description, availability and other information posted herein are subject to change or withdrawal by SLAM Regatta Store at any time without notice.
Processing Orders:
SLAM Regatta Store will attempt to process orders received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time of a business day, on the following business day. SLAM Regatta Store will attempt to process and ship orders for merchandise which is in stock within ten business days. If you do not receive your order after fourteen business days, please contact via email sales@slamanz.com
Billing:
Please review your order carefully for accuracy. If you think your bill is incorrect or if you need more information regarding a transaction on your bill, email us at sales@slamanz.com as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than thirty days after we have sent you the merchandise you ordered. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any applicable credit to appear on your statement. Should the credit not appear on your second billing cycle statement you must contact SLAM Regatta Store immediately. SLAM Regatta Store will not be responsible for any discrepancies beyond ninety days.
Returns/Refund Policy:
You must inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt. In the event that your item is defective or arrives damaged please email full details to SLAM Regatta Store (sales@slamanz.com) and then return the item to SLAM Regatta Store in its original carton or package along with all parts and with the original receipt. For a full refund, items must be returned to SLAM Regatta Store within (14) fourteen days of the merchandise being dispatched to you. SLAM Regatta Store will not issue refunds without a receipt.
Exchange Policy:
SLAM Regatta Store will exchange on apparel items if you have ordered the wrong size. Please email full details to SLAM Regatta Store(sales@slamanz.com) and then return the item to "Slam Store Returns" in its original package with the original receipt. To exchange an item SLAM Regatta Store must receive your item within (14) fourteen days of the item being dispatched to you. SLAM Regatta Store will not exchange on goods without a receipt.

Please make sure you use a carrier that offers tracking capability (Couriers Please, UPS, or AAE). SLAM Regatta Store is not responsible for costs or losses incurred related to the return or exchange of items.
Lost Receipt:
SLAM Regatta Store can only issue a replacement receipt within sixty days from the order date.

Backorders:
SLAM Regatta Store will backorder any item or the customer will have to view the web site to see when an out of stock item may become available.
Shipping & Handling:
As the customer, you are solely responsible for all transportation charges. The risk of loss shall pass to the customer when the goods are delivered to the carrier, regardless of whether SLAM Regatta Store or the customer selects the carrier. If the total dollar amount of an order exceeds $200.00 AUD the shipping & handling costs will be manually calculated. SLAM Regatta Store will then notify the customer of the total cost for shipping.
International Shipping:
You are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable import or export charges, including, duties, tariffs or any other taxes.
