I'm holding an event and need to order large quantities of items. Can I do this via SLAM Regatta Store? Does SLAM Regatta Store provide us with discounts for volume purchases?

Yes, if you are ordering a large number (20+) items you should send an email to SLAM Regatta Store with details of your requirements. A quote will be sent to you prior to placing an order.

How long will it take for me to receive my order from SLAM Regatta Store?

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed. Shipment will commence after the order has been processed. All prices include GST and delivery charges.

If I'm not happy with the product that I've ordered, can I return it to SLAM Regatta Store and receive a full refund?
Answer 3
SLAM Regatta Store will refund items which are faulty or which are damaged in transit. To receive a refund the purchaser must notify SLAM Regatta Store  immediately and return the product within 14 days. The original receipt must accompany the item that you are wanting a refund on. SLAM Regatta Store will not provide refunds for 'change of mind' situations.

If I order apparel and select the wrong size can I exchange it for an identical item but for a different size?

Yes. If you've selected the wrong size SLAM Regatta Store will provide an exchange. To exchange apparel you must notify SLAM Regatta Store immediately and return the product within 14 days. The original receipt must accompany the item which you are wanting to exchange.

How can I pay for items purchased via SLAM Regatta Store?

SLAM Regatta Store accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa. Secure payments can be made online via online Store site, or, should you prefer, offline payments using money order or funds transfer are also accepted.
